I’ve finally got my internet server problems sorted out so I can post this blog to let you know some of our new news at the House of Prayer.

The building continues at a fast pace; the contractor has promised us that our new home for prayers will be completed at the end of next month.

Judy continues to put down roots here with us. The people and I are thankful for her contemplative presence with us.

I will be flying to the States next week to prepare for my final course in Spiritual Direction at Creighton University in Omaha, Neb.

We’ve had two mini-retreats in Swahili, in one we used the new House of Prayer. Our morning meditation with mass and evening prayer are well attended. As Judy says, we have ‘a praying community’ of faithful people who have been with us since we started praying under a tree almost two years ago.
